Store Policies

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

 Route Protection is available for all orders.  In the event your order is lost, stolen, or damaged route protection will compensate you for your entire order immediately.   If you remove route protection from your order then you will not have insurance on your package.

All sales final. If there is an issue with your order in regards to quality or damage, please reach out via the contact page and we will make it right.
